The delegation of Uzbekistan visited Kazan city

The governor of Tashkent city Jahongir Artikhodzhaev, Minister of Housing and Utilities Sherzod Khidoyatov, governor of Tashkent region Davron Khidoyatov and their delegations are in the capital of Tatarstan, Kazan.

The visit is scheduled for May 17-18 and the purpose is to exchange experience and study the systems of housing and communal services, urban planning, architecture, landscape design, public transport, as well as social and infrastructure facilities in Kazan.

Also, within the framework of the visit, the delegation of Uzbekistan met with the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and negotiated on expanding practical cooperation in the trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres, as well as in the field of urban planning in 2021-2022. The sides went sightseeing to the Gorkinsko-Ometyevsky forest park, the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan, White Flowers Boulevard, the Uram extreme park, the Art City residential complex, Lake Nizhny Kaban, educational, sports and other facilities.
