The documentary Lazgi won a number of international film competitions

The documentary "Lazgi", directed by a promising young director Ikhtiyor Bakhtiyorov with the support of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, has won prestigious awards at a number of international events. In particular, at the Art Stream, Fifflondon, Blackboard, Lift-Off Season Awards and IFFF international competitions. The documentary on the history of Lazgi dance was recognized as the best documentary about dance.

“Lazgi” was recognized as the best short documentary about dance at the monthly Art Stream Film Festival in Moscow. The Art Stream Film Festival supports independent filmmakers from all genres in different countries.
At the same time, "Lazgi" was recognized as "the best film of the audience" at the Fifflondon Film Festival in London. Each month, the jury awards the best feature, documentary and animated filmmakers in closed screenings.

What is more, the Blackboard International Film Festival, which recognizes filmmakers around the world, recognized “Lazgi” as "the best documentary about dance".

Furthermore, the Lift-Off Season Awards, dedicated to India's best films, features hundreds of films by talented artists. At the festival, the Uzbek film "Lazgi" was recognized as "one of the best films about dance".

Last but not least, the IFFT (International Film Festival of Thrissour), organized by the Orange Film Academy, the Thrissur International Film Festival, the Center for Media Studies, St. Thomas College and Indian Folklore, admitted “Lazgi” as the best documentary about dance.
