The essence of the innovation development strategy and implementation measures

On August 5 of this year, a press conference was held at the agency for information and Mass Communications under the administration of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the topic “the essence and implementation measures of the innovative development strategy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2022-2026”.

In it, the Minister of Innovative Development Ibrokhim Abdurakhmanov gave information on the topic and answered questions from media representatives.

The strategy of innovative development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2022-2026 was approved by a special decree and decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 6, 2022, which defined the main directions of the strategy.

By forming a network of innovative infrastructure entities such as innovative technology park, Technology Transfer Center, Innovation Cluster, venture organization, Innovation Center, startup accelerator, incubators, start-up initiatives support and organization of large-scale production is one of the main directions of start-up. In this, the share of innovative active organizations is increased by improving the institutional mechanisms of state support for innovative activities.

The strategy also pays special attention to increasing the innovative activity of small business, and it is by rviojing innovative enterprises that it is envisaged to ensure the socio-economic growth of the regions. By providing a comprehensive system of creating new types of products and innovative technologies, from idea to final consumer, the demand for innovation is stimulated. The strategy establishes the formation of a system for the reorientation of created capital into “fundamentally new” innovations.
