The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is closing its offices in Moscow and Minsk

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has announced that it has decided to close its offices in Moscow and Minsk.

"The EBRD is announcing that it is in the process of closing its offices in Moscow and Minsk," the bank said in a press release.

According to the EBRD, the decision was made "as a result of the actions of the Russian Federation with the help of Belarus."
