The first ladies presented the exhibition «Paints of Uzbekistan» in Samarkand

On November 10, within the framework of the Summit of the Organization of Turkic States in Samarkand, the spouses of the heads of state who arrived at the UTC summit got acquainted with the exhibition "Paints of Uzbekistan". The exhibition features more than 90 works by 14 artists.

First Lady of Uzbekistan Ziroathon Mirziyoyeva, First Lady of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva, First Lady of the Republic of Turkey Emine Erdogan and wife of the Hungarian Prime Minister visited the exhibition together.

The exhibition presents famous works from the collection of the State Art Museum of the Republic of Karakalpakstan named after I. Savitsky, located in the city of Nukus. The works presented here cover all areas of the fine arts of Uzbekistan in the 20th century. The unusual nature and ancient monuments of Uzbekistan have always been a source of inspiration for artists.
