The implementation of tasks for the development of sports is excluded

On April 1, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a meeting on measures to develop big-time sports among young people.

Environmental conditions are expected in our country. In particular, over the past three years, 118 decorative complexes have been commissioned, 7,000 decorative sites have been installed in mahallas. Today, 3.5 mini-football, 6,000 basketball, volleyball, 663 badminton courts, more valuable hall surfaces will be received. Every neighborhood and city center has "health paths" and bike lanes.

To this end, on April 10, mass sports events will be organized at mahalla, district, regional and republican facilities. Up to 100 million soums will be allocated to each region for their organization through the "youth notebook" fund, as well as up to 1 billion soums for awarding winners and prize-winners. The best participants will be in district and city, regional and large gatherings.

Instructions were given to protect the sports value in the mahallas, the valuation of projects and the results of sports grounds.

On March 14 of the current year, resolutions of the President were adopted on the establishment of the school of Bahodir Jalolov in boxing and Oksana Chusovitina in artistic gymnastics. Information about the upcoming organization of the school's activities was presented at the meeting.
