The interest of Russian restaurateurs in Uzbek products is growing

Russian restaurateurs are ready to cooperate with Uzbek fruit, vegetable, textile and wine producers.

This was announced by the President of the Russian Federation of Restaurants and Hotels Igor Bukharov.

He reportedly met with Uzbek Ambassador to Russia Botirjon Asadov. During the meeting, the parties discussed the supply of Uzbek products for Russian restaurants and hotels.

“We are interested in vegetables, fruits and nuts. There are several agro-industrial clusters in Uzbekistan. There are also clusters of light industry for weaving fabrics for hotels and restaurants, which are ready to supply this product', said Bukharov.

According to him, in the past, Uzbek products were mainly supplied to the market, and cooperation with restaurants was not established.
