The Korea Post published a special issue dedicated to Uzbekistan

One of South Korea's most popular publications, The Korea Post, has published a special issue dedicated to the Year of Exchanges between the two countries as part of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic bonds between Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea.

The articles published in the magazine emphasize that the state visit of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to South Korea in December 2021 brought the relations between two countries to a qualitatively new level.

"The documents signed with the participation of the heads of state and delegations of the two countries are geared towards the comprehensive development of mutually beneficial cooperation, thorough celebration of the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations, intensifying cordial relations between the two nations" the magazine wrote.

The article notes that the areas of "green" development, digitalization and strong social protection policy are identified as three requisite areas of a separate strategic partnership.

The materials published in this special issue also assay the current state of correlations between Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, as well as canvass future directions.

This special issue of The Korea Post, dedicated to Uzbekistan, is of great interest to Korean readers.
