The mechanism for obtaining rights to use land area has been simplified

In according with the adopted resolution of Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the powers of the khokimiyats to allocate land are being abolished in Uzbekistan from August 1 of this year.

It is determined that non-agricultural land will be sold through electronic online auctions based on the rights to property and the right to lease.

It is worth noting that this change will serve as an incentive for citizens to purchase land in order to develop their business activities. Now land plots will be purchased and leased on a competitive basis without bureaucracy.
