An event on the topic «On the protection of citizens' health» was held

Today, a meeting was held in the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, where the implementation of the law "On the protection of Citizens 'Health" in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the Khorezm region was discussed.

The statistics summed up during the meeting reads: in Karakalpakstan, medical teams conducted a full medical examination of 1,858,480 people or 96.5% of the population, in the Khorezm region 1,829,610 people or 96.6% of the population. According to the results of the inspection, the population was divided into four groups, health-improving work is being carried out.

Despite everything, studies have shown that there are a lot of unfinished work on the ground. In particular, there are not enough specialist doctors in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, and medical institutions in the Khorezm region do not meet the requirements of material and technical condition.
