The National Agency for Prospective Projects has been established

The Agency establishes a special regime of regulation in the field of crypto-asset turnover.

By presidential decree, the National Agency for Project Management under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan was reorganized into the National Agency for Prospective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The following are the priorities and activities of the Agency:

development and implementation of a unified state policy in the field of crypto-asset turnover;

ensuring compliance with the rights and legitimate interests of investors in the field of crypto-asset turnover;

Participate in the development and implementation of measures to combat money laundering, terrorist financing and financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction in the field of crypto-assets turnover;

Facilitate the initiation and promotion of projects for the introduction of distributed registry technology and other latest technologies in public administration and various socio-economic sectors.
