The Netherlands arrested 14 Russian yachts

In a letter to parliament, Dutch Foreign Minister Vopke Hukstra said that customs had taken strict control of the situation with 14 Russian yachts at Dutch shipyards and banned them from leaving the country.
The minister explained that restrictions were imposed on 12 yachts under construction, including super yachts over 35 meters in length, and two yachts under maintenance. Due to sanctions imposed on some Russian citizens, ships cannot leave the Netherlands, be delivered or handed over to their owners.
Earlier, Spanish authorities reportedly seized the yacht of businessman Victor Vekselberg at the request of U.S. officials.
The U.S. Treasury has announced that the country, along with its allies, will begin searching for and confiscating the assets of the elite from the Russian Federation as part of a multilateral interagency group.
