The number of contracts in the real estate market increased by 4 percent in one month

In November, 22,5 thousand contracts for the purchase and sale of real estate were concluded in Uzbekistan, which is 4 percent more than a month ago, and 14,4 percent more than in November last year.
At the same time, according to ITIM estimates, the percentage of the population who are able to buy housing on a mortgage basis is 26 percent.
Average housing prices in the secondary market in Tashkent increased by 1.3 percent compared to last month. The largest increase in housing prices was observed in the districts of Mirzo Ulugbek (3,5 percent) and Mirabad (3,2 percent), while the relatively low growth was recorded in the districts of Uchtepa (0,1 percent), Bektemir (0,7 percent) and Yashnabad (-0,6 percent).
In January - November 2021, the volume of mortgage loans allocated to individuals amounted to 8 trillion soums. Bunda, the resources allocated by the Ministry of Finance to provide the population with housing through mortgage loans on the basis of the New Order increased by 3 times and reached 3.9 trillion soums (1.3 trillion soums in 2020).
