“Based on our Constitution, five years ago we adopted an Action Strategy and began large-scale reforms aimed at building a New Uzbekistan. Over the past short period, the political and legal, socio-economic, cultural and spiritual spheres of the life of our society have changed dramatically. the rule of law, mutually beneficial cooperation with the world community have become the main direction of the policy of our state.
