The procedure for organizing the activities of a crypto-shop has been determined

Regulations for the operation of a crypto-shop have undergone state registration at the Ministry of Justice. These Rules determine the procedure for organizing and conducting the activities of a crypto-shop.

A crypto-store carries out its activities via an electronic platform of a crypto-store or a trading facility.

The crypto-store carries out the following operations:

Through the electronic platform of the crypto-store:

The purchase or sale of cryptocurrency assets in local currency through bank transfers by individuals;
purchase or sale of cryptocurrency assets in foreign currencies through bank transfers by foreign individuals;
through the trading facility of a crypto-shop:

purchase or sale of cryptocurrency assets in local currency through bank transfers by individuals;
purchase of cryptocurrencies in local or foreign currency by customers for cash
sale of cryptocurrencies by clients in local currency only.
The following transactions are prohibited in the crypto-store:

Transactions with customers who have not passed mandatory identification;
Transactions with crypto-assets issued by residents of Uzbekistan;
Operations on purchase or sale of anonymous crypto-assets, as well as interchangeable tokens.
