The Redan movement poisons the minds of minors

Earlier, the Central Internal Affairs Directorate reported that the Ryodan movement, through which various destructive and hostile ideas are propagated in a number of neighboring countries, penetrated Tashkent and led to the formation of its own negatively minded group of people.

On March 5, 2023, we received reports that members of this group announced a gathering in front of the Palace of Forums at 18:00, and that its participants would be armed with pneumatic, edged and firearms. In order to verify these messages and prevent violations of public order, the employees of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the city of Tashkent carried out special operational and preventive measures.

On March 5, at about 18:00, it was found that about 50 minors had gathered in front of the Palace of International Forums. They were taken to the Department of Internal Affairs of the Yashnabad district, questioned about the purpose of the collection and held a preventive conversation informing about the problem. During the inspection, it was found that 9 minors are subscribers of Ryodan channels in social networks. All minors went home the same day, no one was detained in a procedural manner.

At the moment, employees of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Tashkent are establishing the identities of people who spread messages promoting mass riots, religious, national and ethnic hatred.
