The author of Rossgram is businessman Alexander Zobov, who noted that he studied in the same course with VKontakte and Telegram creator Pavel Durov.

“The Russian analogue of Instagram, which has the usual functionality and mobile apps for Android and iOS, will be launched on March 28, 2022. Access for regular users will open in April 2022, ”Rossgram said.
