The signing of the Tashkent Declaration on Early Childhood Education and Upbringing is planned

From November 14 to 16 the 2nd UNESCO World Conference on Early Childhood Care and Education will be held. It is expected that specialists from about 150 countries will take part in the event. UNESCO Director General Audrey Azoulay is also expected to take part in the conference sessions on November 15.

Agrippina Shin, Minister of Preschool Education, said the aim of the event is to attract attention of the world community to actual issues related to preschool education, present our best experience and share experience with colleagues.

At the end of the event it is planned to sign the Tashkent Declaration on education and upbringing of children, defining the international agenda in the field of preschool education until 2030.

It is reported that for this international event, the Ministry of Preschool Education has signed contracts with five companies worth 19.1 billion sums.
