The status of the suspension of business activity is monitored

According to the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, which defines the procedure for the suspension of entrepreneurial activity after an entrepreneur entered the civil service, the suspension of entrepreneurial activity is monitored by the Agency for Counteracting Corruption.

Also:
- the state civil servant informs the competent authorities about the existence of his business and chooses one of the forms of suspension of entrepreneurial activity;
- the public civil servant is obliged to avoid conflicts of interest in his work activities;
- upon establishment of the fact of concealment of the existence of his business to the public civil servant is given a period of 10 days, and the civil servant within this period ceases entrepreneurial activity or ends his activities in the public service.
