The Treaty on the Structure and Operating Principles of TURKSOY was ratified

The Law "On ratification of the Treaty on the structure and operational principles of TURKSOY" (Alma-Ata, 12 July 1993) was signed by the President.

According to the Law, the Treaty on the Structure and Operating Principles of TURKSOY was ratified (Alma-Ata, 12 July 1993).

For reference, the international organization TURKSOY was established in 1993 as a result of an agreement between Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and the Republic of Turkey.

The main objective of the organization is to contribute to the spiritual rapprochement and strengthening of the brotherly unity of the Turkic peoples, in presenting the Turkic culture in the world and transmitting its traditions to the next generations.
