The UAE has attracted about $ 20 billion in investment by 2020

The amount of direct investment in the UAE in 2020 increased by 44% compared to 2019 and amounted to $ 19.88 billion.

Abu Dhabi National Oil Co., which is managed by the UAE, has made a major contribution to attracting these investments with its large contracts.

Sales of premium real estate in the emirates also grew by 230%, despite a 40% increase in prices.

The majority of buyers are from Europe, India, China and Russia, who are looking for a better quality of life after the pandemic shocks, mainly by choosing the famous Palma and other exclusive villas in Dubai.
