The Unified Information System of the Road Safety Service will be launched

By January 1, 2023, the automated Unified Information System of the Road Safety Service will be launched. Also, from November 1, 2022, a single electronic database of medical information provided for driving will be created and integrated into the Unified Information System.
The decision of the Government "On the measures of fundamental improvement of the system of training, retraining and improvement of qualifications of motor vehicle drivers and their examination" was adopted.
According to the decision, training hours for driver training are planned up to 20 hours per week, up to 4 hours per day.
Certificates of advanced driving skills are issued only electronically.
In the practical exams, vehicles manufactured no more than 5 years for category "B" and no more than 10 years for other categories are used.
The training programs are developed and approved by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Animated theoretical exam questions of a single sample are approved in the amount of not less than 1,000.
