Representatives of the United States, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan agreed to establish a new quadrilateral diplomatic platform aimed at expanding regional connectivity.

The parties believe that long-term peace and stability in Afghanistan are crucial for regional interconnectedness.
