The XXIV meeting of the conference of special services of the Turkic states was held in Cholponota

Leaders and representatives of special services of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkiye, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, as well as delegations of special services of Russia and Hungary took part in the meeting as observers.

At the meeting, the issues of mutual cooperation of special services in the field of security and stability in Turkic countries in the current situation in the zones of terrorist activity in the Middle East and Afghanistan were discussed.

The participants of the conference agreed on mechanisms of response and mutual action to localize terrorist threats coming from the zone of armed conflict in Afghanistan and Syria and related to the spread of terrorism and religious extremism.
