Tik Tok banned again

According to CNN, more than half of US states have banned the use of Chinese social networking site Tik Tok on government devices due to national security concerns. In addition to Tik Tok, a number of states have also banned other apps related to China, including WeChat and AliPay.

"Thirty-one states have restricted the use of Tik Tok on government devices, nine of which have banned additional apps. At least four states have imposed a similar ban," the channel reported.

Also, according to the TV channel, a movement has spread across the country to ban the social network, which is used by around 100 million people in the US. The ban was imposed in both republican and democratic states.
