Tokayev's inauguration will take place on November 26

It was reported that Kassym-Jomart Tokayev won the presidential election in Kazakhstan. It is reported that 6,456,492 people, or 81.31 percent of voters, voted for Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

"The Central Election Commission registered Kassym-Jomart Tokayev as the elected President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The date of swearing in of the elected President is set for November 26," said the CEC Chairman Nurlan Abdirov.

The CEC also announced the final results of the Kazakhstan presidential election, which took place November 20.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Yerulan Dzhamaubayev said that no additional funds will be allocated for the presidential inauguration.

"Apart from the inauguration of the president, no financial resources are allocated from the budget. I don't think that the swearing-in of the president will require a lot of money. Therefore, no additional funds are allocated from our side," Dzhaubaev said.
