Tourists can give their opinion of a hotel via a questionnaire

SUE "Centre for Certification of Tourism Services" has introduced a questionnaire on its official website to determine tourists' satisfaction with accommodation facilities.

In the survey system, tourists can express their opinions on "catering facilities", "pilgrimage facilities", "cognitive facilities", "entertainment facilities", "quality of on-site services", "transport", "health and treatment facilities".

It is important to note that guests who are dissatisfied with the quality of service in the hotel or other accommodation facilities may express their suggestions and objections via the link Опрос - ГУП «Центр сертификации туристских услуг» в Ташкенте – В соответствии Законом Республики Узбекистан «О туризме» сертификация туристской деятельности носит обязательный характер..
