Transfers from card to card are not taxed

There have been reports on social networks about the introduction of a tax on transfers from card to card (P2P). The Tax Committee commented on the situation.

According to it, the income of individuals in the order of inheritance or donation from another individual, as well as in monetary form, received by them free of charge, is not taxed.

Tax Code Article 378 that is, money transfer operations (P2P) from one individual to another are not taxed.
