Turkey's exports hit record levels

As Anadolu Agency reports, Turkey's total exports in 2022 increased by 12.9% and reached a record high of 254 billion 209 million 535 thousand dollars.
For the first time, South Africa, Belarus and Turkmenistan were among the countries where Turkish products worth more than one billion dollars were exported. Turkey's exports to 47 countries amounted to $189.3 billion.
The top three importers of Turkish products are Germany ($18.91 billion), USA ($14.36 billion) and Great Britain ($12.25 billion).
Trade between Turkey and Central Asian countries in January-November 2022 reached $11.3 billion.
Also, according to statistics, Kazakhstan ($4.7 billion) is Turkey's main trading partner among Central Asian countries.
Trade with Uzbekistan reached $3.3 billion. Turkmenistan ($1 billion), Kyrgyzstan ($953.1 million) and Tajikistan ($497.9 million) rank next.
