Turkiye is the world leader in rental price growth

According to the Global House Price Index report by UK-based consultancy Knight Frank, Turkiye ranked first among 56 countries in terms of rental price growth in 2022.

"Turkiye ranks first among 56 countries with 160 per cent growth. One of the sectors most affected by high inflation is house prices. Over the past year, house price and rent increases have outpaced those in other countries around the world," the study said.
