UN: the victims of the earthquake in the north-west of Syria reached 4,300 people

Citing the UN Department for the Coordination of humanitarian issues, it was reported that in the north-west of Syria, 4,300 people were killed and another 7,600 were injured in a strong earthquake a week ago. The figures provided by the department do not include the situation in the territories under the control of the Syrian government.
The Syrian Ministry of Health said on Sunday evening that 1,414 people were killed and 2,349 were injured in the country.
According to the latest statistics from the Syrian Human Rights monitoring center, about 5,329 people were killed in the earthquake in government and rebel-controlled areas.
