Underage persons may apply to state bodies independently

Under the law, persons, under age of 18, are entitled to address themselves to State bodies, organizations or their officials in order to ensure respect for their rights, freedoms and legitimate interests.

However, appeals by under-aged persons must not be left without consideration because they have not attained full legal capacity.
