US Secretary of State Blinken went to Kiev on an undeclared visit

The visit of the secretary includes meetings with the Ukrainian authorities. This visit is said to have been carried out in order to demonstrate US support for Ukraine in messages.
It is cited that the US Secretary of State announces the allocation of $ 2 billion in military funds in Kiev to Ukraine and 18 other countries that may face Russian aggression in the future.
It is noted that on August 20, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken announced that he had ordered Ukraine to provide $ 815 million in assistance.
It also turned out that the United States approved the allocation of additional military assistance to Ukraine in the amount of $ 675 million after a meeting between the heads of the defense ministries of the two states. The corresponding document was signed by President Joe Biden.
