Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia are on the verge of great prospects

In Jeddah, a meeting of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan – Minister of investments and foreign trade Jamshid Khodjaev with the Minister of investments of Saudi Arabia Khalid al-Falikh was held.

During the conversation, the issues of joint preparation of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the upcoming state visit to Saudi Arabia were discussed.

The parties considered in detail the economic enrichment of the agenda of the visit at the highest level, referring to specific projects in the field of trade, economic and cultural and humanitarian cooperation. In addition, the issues of attracting additional Saudi Arabian investments to Uzbekistan were discussed. Mutual readiness for close cooperation in the implementation of new joint projects was expressed.

Based on the results of an analysis of the existing possibilities of activating relations, it was expressed confidence that the expected high-level visit will bring cooperation between countries to a qualitatively new level.
