Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan inter-regional forum starts in Tashkent

The Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan Interregional Forum with the participation of Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan Laziz Kudratov and Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mikayil Jabbarov is currently underway.

It is attended by representatives of the two countries' ministries, governmental delegations and businessmen. B2B meetings between business representatives of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan will be organized within the forum.

We recall that yesterday, on 23 February, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received economy minister, co-chair of the Bilateral Intergovernmental Commission Mikayil Jabbarov, who arrived in our country under the leadership of the Azerbaijani delegation to participate in the first meeting of the joint inter-regional forum and meeting of the Business Council.
