Uzbekistan is building a new mosque for Turkestan

A unique mosque is being built at the entrance to the city of Turkestan. The new project is supported by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

The construction of such a landmark is a kind of gift from neighboring Uzbekistan to Turkestan, which is planned to be completed next year.

The new mosque, which is being built in holy Turkestan, will accommodate up to 5 thousand people. Its construction is carried out in accordance with modern requirements. The total area of the Islamic center is 20,000 square meters.
