Uzbekistan sends humanitarian aid to Ukraine

A humanitarian cargo from Uzbekistan arrived in Ukraine. Chairman of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Viktor Mikita thanked the government of Uzbekistan for its support.

On April 8 this year, humanitarian aid arrived in Ukraine from Uzbekistan. This was reported by the press service of the Transcarpathian regional administration.

According to Viktor Mikita, a cargo weighing more than 34 tons arrived at one of the humanitarian centers. It includes goods such as medicines, individual first-aid kits, and long-term storage products.

Victor Mikita thanked the government of Uzbekistan for its support and the Ambassador of Ukraine to Uzbekistan Mykola Doroshenko for an effective humanitarian corridor.

“I am sure that these ties will allow us to continue our fruitful cooperation,” Viktor Mikita said.
