Uzbekistan took the 1st place among the Turkic-speaking countries following the results of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games

The first in the list among all the countries of the world were the USA, China, Japan, Great Britain and the ROC (Russian Olympic Committee). 

List of leaders-countries:

1) USA - 39 gold, 40 silver and 33 bronze medals.
2) China - 38 gold, 32 silver and 18 bronze medals.
3) Japan - 27 gold, 14 silver and 17 bronze medals.
4) Great Britain - 22 gold, 21 silver and 22 bronze medals.
5) ROC (Russian Olympic Committee) - 20 gold, 27 silver and 23 bronze medals.
Recall that Uzbekistan won 3 gold and 2 bronze medals 

Thus, 
- took the 1st place among the Central Asian countries;
- 1 place among the Turkic-speaking countries;
- 2 place among the CIS countries;
- 2 place among Islamic countries;
- 5th place among the countries of the entire Asian continent;
- 32nd place among all countries of the world.
