Uzbekistan's gold and foreign currency reserves shrank by $500 million

As of September 1st of this year, Uzbekistan's gold and foreign currency reserves equalled $34 billion. For comparison, on August 1st this figure was 34.6 billion dollars. The figures show that Uzbekistan's official reserves shrank by $500 million last month.
The actual physical balance of gold in the reserves is 12.3 million troy ounces. Its financial value dropped from $21.07 billion to $21.0 billion.
Also, foreign currency reserves in reserve assets amounted to $12.4 billion in July and decreased by $12 billion in August.
