Uzbeks rest on Ramadan eid for 4 days in a row

The decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the celebration of Eid al-Fitr has been announced. In accordance with the decree, April 21 is widely celebrated in Uzbekistan as the holiday of Eid al-Fitr.

As a result, the following days will be closed:

Friday, April 21 - Eid;

Saturday, April 22 - an additional day off for employees during a 6-day work week;

Sunday, April 23 is a regular public holiday;

Monday, April 24 - 6-day work week employees will have an additional day off, and 5-day work week employees will have a rescheduled (from Saturday, April 29) day off.
