«Uzbektelecom» company put its building on Nukus Street up for auction

According to information, the initial cost of the administrative building located in Mirabad district is more than 111 billion soums.

JSC "Uzbektelecom" has put up for sale an office building located on Nukus Street, Mirabad district of the capital, on the "Electronic Auction" website.

The total area of the building is 7237 sq.m., of which 6075 sq.m. - effective area. The building has all the necessary communications: gas, electricity, water supply and sewerage.

Initial price - 111 billion 832 million soums, deposit amount - 5 billion 591 million soums.
