Uzhydromet says when the anticyclone will retreat

Today and tomorrow, dry but cool weather is expected in most of Uzbekistan. Only in areas of the Fergana Valley and Surkhandarya region in some places there will be rain and thunderstorms are possible. In some places there may be hail.

Stronger winds to 17-22 m/s are expected in desert regions and Ferghana Valley with dust in some places. The daytime temperature will be 12-15 degrees Celsius, and 7-12 degrees Celsius in the north of the country. At night, the temperature will drop to 2-7 degrees, and in some places in the north, to -3 degrees.

Since April 19, the anticyclone will begin to recede from the territory of the republic, and dry weather will be observed until the end of the week in Uzbekistan. Temperatures will gradually rise to 4-9 degrees at night and 20-25 degrees during the day by April 21.

Flooding may occur today.

From April 19 and until the end of the working week the temperature at night will be 4-7 degrees Celsius, the daytime temperatures will gradually rise, and by Friday the temperature will reach 20-23 degrees Celsius.
