Vaccination in Uzbekistan: answers to frequently asked questions

Nurmat Atabekov, a member of the coronavirus control staff, spoke about the types of vaccines in Uzbekistan, the process of full vaccination and the side effects.
Nurmat Atabekov noted that there are 3 types of vaccines in Uzbekistan: the Russian «Sputnik V» vaccine, the «Astrazeneca» vaccine and the vaccine produced in cooperation between Uzbekistan and China.
The «Sputnik V» vaccine is used 2 times in the interval of 21 days. The «Astrazeneca» vaccine is also used 2 times, but in the interval of 28 days. The Uzbek-Chinese vaccine is used 3 times in the interval of 1 month.
Nurmat Atabekov answered the question about the period of formation of immunity from coronavirus:
– In a vaccinated person, immunity is formed not in one day, but only 1.5-2 months after the last vaccination course.
A member of the coronavirus control staff also spoke about the side effects of vaccination. According to the expert, after receiving the vaccine, you can catch other diseases.
– Since vaccines are a single protein, they can have side effects. 3 types of vaccines are considered recombinant, for this reason, the human body may have a different reaction to the drug. In particular, a vaccinated person may have a fever, scabies, rash and pain in the place where he received the vaccine.
