What kind of diet do fasting people need?

Following the recommendations developed by the World Health Organisation for people who fast in terms of healthy eating can help you to lose weight and lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels in your body.
Specifically:
-It is recommended to stay in cool and shady places with high temperatures during the day and not to walk in the sun for too long;
-It is advisable to drink a lot of water between the iftar and sufur, as the high temperatures during the day cause excessive sweating. For this purpose it is recommended to drink at least 10 glasses of water.
-This can also be partly compensated by eating raw food. For instance, it is a good idea to eat fresh fruit for suhoor or as a dessert after iftar.
-Cucumbers and tomatoes in "Fresh vegitable" salad are also considered as a salad rich in juice.
-Soups or vegetable salads may also be eaten.
-It is better to avoid drinks such as coffee, tea and cola. Because this substance causes a decrease in the amount of water in the human body (dehydration).
-It is also important to remember that carbonated sugary drinks are high in calories.
-Exercising too much throughout the day causes your body to lose a lot of water. A short walk or a light workout can keep you alert. But sitting still all day is not advisable either.
