Bukhara, Navoi and Surkhandarya: a new system of investment and foreign trade

During his visit to Bukhara region, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade S.Umurzakov met with heads of Bukhara districts and cities.

The event was also attended by heads of ministries, departments, industry associations and commercial banks, as well as heads of districts and cities of Navoi and Surkhandarya regions via video conference.

The main topic of the meeting was the introduction of a new system of incentives for investment and foreign trade in these regions, the mechanisms of financing regional investment projects and innovative methods of project management.

A presentation was made for the participants, explaining the main aspects and features of the new system. The event also included practical use of the system's capabilities on the ground, the use of methods to analyze the economic potential of regions, districts and cities, identify "growth points" at the community level and develop high-income and high-tech investment projects, attract investors and monitor start-ups. explanations were given.
