Euronews aired a video on Uzbek cuisine

Euronews TV aired a report titled "The Secret of Uzbek Lagman(nuddle): Selected Products and Finesse". This time, Euronews correspondent Galina Polonskaya talked to famous chef, cookbook author and restaurateur Bahriddin Chusti to familiarise his fans with Uzbekistan's rich culture and traditions.
It is noted that Euronews correspondent Galina Polonskaya and chef Bahriddin Chusti began by purchasing ingredients for the dish. While selecting the ingredients, the chef pointed to the chuzma-lagman of Uzbek cuisine as a dish one cannot imagine without, and reported on the importance of national spices in food. The chef also said that lagman, known in the region since the times of the Great Silk Road, is one of his favourite dishes.
After buying the products, the reporter and the chef went to the kitchen, where the Uzbek chef surprised the Euronews reporter with his deft moves, harmony of colour and taste, fresh vegetables and exquisite combination of spices.
