Excessive sugar consumption has a negative impact on the heart

According to the WHO, a person who consumes an average of 56 grams of sugar a day is half as likely to die of cardiovascular disease as those who do not follow the norm. Excess sugar also provokes obesity and diabetes mellitus.

Excess sugar in the body turns into fat due to excessive consumption of this product, which leads to an increase in the amount of this sweetness in the blood. On the other hand, fats adhere to the subcutaneous tissue, the periphery of the gastrointestinal tract and the walls of blood vessels, blocking blood flow. As a result, severe diseases such as high blood pressure, myocardial infarction and stroke are formed.

It has also been noted that sugar:

    causes false hunger;
    is addictive;
    deprives the body of B vitamins;
    side effects on the heart;
    leaches calcium from the body;
    weakens the immune system 15 to 20 times;
    reduces insulin sensitivity.

P.S. Experts point out that 25-30 grams of sugar are sufficient for the daily norm.
