Piramit sales office has organised a press tour of the construction area
Today, on the 29th of October, a press tour and an Open Door Day to the construction site were held at the Piramit showroom. The event was dedicated to the first anniversary of construction of the Piramit complex. During the event the management of Koç Construction informed the participants about the process of construction of the Piramit complex.
It should be noted that on this day, i.e. on October 29th, the 99th anniversary of the foundation of the Republic of Turkiye is celebrated in Turkey. The display of modern solutions, advanced technologies, experience and knowledge at Piramit reflects the power and quality of Turkish business.
Inspired by the past, Koç Construction has created a project for the future - Piramit Tower. The project was designed according to the architectural rules of the Egyptian pyramids, which symbolized the new life of Ancient Egypt.
Located in the Central District of Tashkent, near Tashkent International Airport, Piramit is destined to become one of the business cards and symbols of modern Uzbekistan. Piramit is a modern mixed-use complex, which combines all conditions of comfortable and luxurious life, with total area of 160 000 sq.m.
"Our project was launched on the 1st of November 2021 and is currently in full swing. Our 400-strong construction team is working 24/7, which means there is no interruption in the construction process. Modern high-tech materials from leading manufacturing companies are used in the creation of the complex. In addition, the advanced technology of the hydraulic formwork system makes it possible to erect five storeys each month. State-of-the-art industrial formwork technology is used on all the reinforced concrete columns and walls of the building. According to this plan of work, the reinforced concrete work of the tower will be completed in September 2023. The entire building will use 95,000 m3 of concrete and 12,500 tonnes of reinforcement, as well as 1,000 tonnes of steel which will make up the composite system. The completion of all construction works and the delivery of Piramit Tower is scheduled for March 2024, while the Piramit Mall is planned for the first half of 2025." - Mustafa Tunç Aryjan, Deputy General Manager for Construction, shared with us.
