Presentation of the postage stamp dedicated to the SCO summit was held

The new brand dedicated to the summit featured the flags of the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the summit logo and the emblem of the city of Samarkand.

Employees of the relevant field, experts and journalists took part in the presentation held by the Joint-Stock Company “O‘zbekiston pochtasi” at the initiative of the ministry for the development of Information Technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

At the event, the minister of development of information technologies and communications Sherzod Shermatov and others spoke about the importance of such events organized within the framework of the Samarkand summit of the SCO.

“The background of the postage stamp reflects the image of the Registan Square, recognized as one of the masterpieces of the East, which has become a symbol of the city of Samarkand,” says Sanjar Nizomov, director of the O‘zbekiston markasi branch of the“O‘zbekiston pochtasi” Joint – Stock Company.
