Uzbeks will be able to get unsecured loans for housing construction

The amount for one borrower should not exceed 33 million soums.

Uzbekistan has approved a regulation on the procedure for providing unsecured bank loans for the construction of additional housing to children from families included in the "Iron Notebook" and "Women's Notebook", as well as newlyweds recorded in the "Youth Notebook".

Borrowers aged 18 to 30, newlyweds who have married for the first time and those who have not previously received a preferential mortgage under affordable housing programs can count on a loan.

Loans are allocated with a six-month grace period for up to 20 years and with an initial payment of 15% of the cost of housing. A loan for one borrower should not exceed 33 million soums.
